Evention’s Personal Information Collection Statement
• Data Collection: Evention will collect and process Personal Data
solely for the purpose of facilitating event registration, check-in, and related
event management. Data will not be used, shared, or processed for any
other purpose without prior permission.
• Data Deletion: All data collected for the event will be permanently deleted
from all records, systems, and servers within 30 calendar days following the
event’s end date.
